How Do You Remove The Internal Door Panel Of Toyota Iq?

Somebody bust my door mirror and I had to buy a new one.

I've managed to remove the little triangular moulding on the inside and I now need to remove the three bolts that secure the mirror from the inside.

Q1. How do I remove the wirling going through this triangular mould going outside into the door mirror? Do I just pull or pry?

Q2. The wiring needs to be connected or plugged in and to this I think I need to remove the internal door panel. Can somebody give me the first thre or four steps on how to do this please?

Thanks everyone.

George
