Occasional Whining Noise

Hi all-

I have a 10 month old Aygo, with 6.000 km on the clock. I am very happy with the car, but there is one thing I find a little tiring when doing a long trip. When I reach 92-93 gps km/h in 5th gear, there is a slight but distinct whining noise that comes from the engine/transmission. Under and above that speed there is nothing. If I take my foot off the accelerator, it goes away. There is nothing to hear when the engine is cold, but it appears when the it's warmed up. Any ideas, as to what it could be?
