I think thats the survey in the Auto express i browsed through the other day - Tuesday or Wednesday this week at the newsagents.

Some very interesting results - Insignia is up at number 22 overall and in the 20s for reliability and ride comfort - in both areas completely contridicting

a lot of what i have read on line over the last few years.

Lexus IS not doing very well - looks like the 2.2 HG issues and other matters are finally catching up and being reflected in the results.

Forgotten where the Mazda 6 came - but it was a lot higher then i expected given the noted issues with the diesel engines - i wonder what propotion of the 6 owners that participated in the survey are driving petrol versions (which have an excellent reputation).

Even allowing for the whole "you only ever hear about the negative stories online type thinking" which probably has a certain amount of truth to it

i wonder how accuate these surveys really are.

One thing that is clear however is that for whatever reason Skoda seems to do far better then the rest of the VAG group cars in these surveys

I think they took the top 2 places in this one from what i recall from my browsing the other day.

Given that surely everyone expects a Skoda to be good these days (hence why they sell well) - i wonder is the difference in satisfaction down to Customer service being better at Skoda? the build quality being better in the Skoda plant or just for some reason far more of the satisfied Skoda owners reporting then say satisfied Audi owners.

Good to see the Prius do well though
