Rav4 96 petrol 2lt - had problem twice now New Battery full turns engine but no fire - even Jump start fails - plugs checked sparking ok - towed to garage they take Battery off and when they go to check it starts and no fault found - ran for four months not a hiccup then exactly same Fault - got it to garage and fault didnt show again - any suggestions/solutions

check with primer booster pump in the tank -- it consists of : pump + filter + level sensor as one unit and serves during 180k

may be you have minor issuew connected with filter strainer clogging ?
