Navigation, Satellite And Audio System Failure!

2010 gen iii Prius owner. I'm sneaking in from the USA, hope that's ok. I am interested in learning if others are having the same issues I am. I am also interested in giving new Toyota Prius owners a heads up on this potential problem.

Here is my story:

Satellite radio system was subpar when purchased. Toyota replaced the receiver, but ultimately blamed signal issues on satellite provider. About six months ago the bluetooth feature had connection issues (even though the same phone and bluetooth technology remained). Telephone cannot connect. Now, the gps system changes the radio stations and cannot set and navigate correctly when it does set. (examples, choosing every highway exit along the route when driver clearly knows this portion of the trip) another example, not being able to open the addressbook, or other items....pushing the touch screen just changes the radio station.

Anyone else having this problem?

Anyone know if their is a factory recall?

Anyone know anything that might be helpful?

I gphave appt tomorrow to have it checked out and will post anything I learn.

Pretty sure we don't have satellite radio receivers on the UK models, so you may have different head units in North America. You are having bizarre problems, though - still under warrantee?
