Oem Cruise Control 4.2

There have been a number of posts regarding cruise control in the past, but has anyone been successful in fitting OEM cruise to a post 2004 RAV 4.2. Checking my ECUs shows cruise control is fitted but disabled and looking at around the web seems to indicate I would need just three parts :

84632-34010 Cruise control switch

84633-64010 wire

88280-14030 Clutch switch

Looking on the internet shows availability of a 4.3 switch which is a 8462-34011, and this has been fitted by a number of members to 4.3.

However what is not clear to me is

1) How you wire the clutch switch up

2) Why the wiring harness on the cruise switch has two connectors. I assume this switch in in the steering wheel therefore the connections would need to go via the clock spring ? (ie what is connected to the clutch switch)

3) How similar is a 84632-34010 to a 84632-34011

Can provide any more information on fitting OEM cruise to a 4.2
