Parking Sensors

I have an 07 Aygo and absolutely love it but, the parking sensors have suddenly stopped working. Has anyone got any ideas what could be wrong?

Have you checked the wire connections to the central unit (which is probably tucked in the rear part of the car). A OR the central processor is dead or not being fed with electricity from the reverse lamp wire.
