54 D4D Oil Leak - Oli Pump?

leak by side of engine - not a drop while running - soon as turn off engine starts to drip - garage first said it was cam shaft seal - replaced still leaking - replaced crank shaft seal - still leaking - now want to replace oil pump - any ideas please
