Auris Hsd Radio Issue

I have a 2012 Auris HSD. I have a strange issue with the radio. Has anyone else experienced the same thing? Do you have a solution?

I have 6 radio stations saved as presets.

If I use the steering wheel controls to change from Preset 1 to Preset 3 it works. However it then forgets where it is. If you press the up control on the steering wheel again, you would expect it to change from Preset 3 to Preset 4. Instead its memory has reverted to Preset 1 again (even though Preset 3 is still playing). If you are listening to Preset 3 and you press the up button, it changes the channel from Preset 1 to Preset 2.

Any thoughts?
