Toyota Avensis User Manual/handbook 2006

Hi, I wanted to find out if anyone knows if there is a difference between the handbook for a pre-facelift (prior to 2006) Avensis and facelift (2006 to 2008) and the new shape Avensis (after 2008). The reason for asking is that I've recently bought a 2006 Avensis but it doesn't have a handbook with it. There are a few different ones on eBay. I have put some pictures of some I have seen but I'm not sure which is correct as the ones from 2006 onwards and the ones for the MK3 have the same cover, not sure if there's any difference inside. Also if anyone has a spare that they don't require then please let me know as I would like to buy it.

The handbook for my 2007 Avensis is the one with the hand and picture of the instrument panel on the front cover..

The handbook for my 55 plate pre-facelift is the one with the hand flicking thru the handbook on the front cover, and the welcome book has a picture of a key being dropped onto a second person's hand. Ie the second pic in your thread with the rather worn looking book.

Thanks for your help. Is the manual for the sat nav included in the Owners Manual or is it a separate manual. The sat nav I have is the colour one that pops out the top of the dash.

Hi, I recently bought a 2008 Avensis with no manuals ( the Sat Nav Manual is a seperate book). I looked on eBay but found they were about £20 for 2nd hand one! I phoned my local Toyota dealer who ordered the right one for my Avensis. Only £6.50 each. He did have to order them and he said they come direct from Japan. As they are constantly getting things shipped over it only took 5 days to arrive. Hope this helps
