Tns 350

Hello All

I am normally on the lQ site where i have around 1200 posts. I am hoping someone can help me My iQ has fitted as standard a TNS510 satnav system and i wanted to up-grade it to a TNS 350. I bought one along with the map SD card also a harness conversion lead. The problem is the unit doesn't boot up and displays a message " A program cannot be run " now i know this to be the operating system on the SD card and is a file called "loading.kiwi" it is 25mb. now this file is known by others to get corrupted.

What i am looking for is some one out there to make available to me a copy of that file. The problem is compounded by the fact none of the dealers i have spoken to here in the UK have had a vehicle with a TNS 350 in it. Toyota say it was manufactured for the Irish market. It was put in a variety of cars possibly last year. Its a simple process to get the file just a matter of taking the card out and using a card reader copy it to your computer. It s not a security file just a generic program that is used to boot up the unit and has nothing to do with the map. Many thanks in advance
