Touch & Go Pro Functions

I have just got a 2012 Prius with the technology pack fitted which includes the Touch & Go pro system.

The problem is the help videos do not relate to this version and a number of functions are simply not there. Unlike the 'plus' version, it does not show the safety speed cameras and there seems no way of selecting them to be seen.

On the navigation you should be able to download reference points from google maps. I can generate and send the points, but there is no download function in the Pro menu.

The media system functions well but was disappointed Toyota took out the 10gb hard drive and make you buy an iPod! It does work but the video menu option is not explained anywhere. It plays the audio from a film but not the picture, despite an allocated window in the central display.

I use a Blackberry 8900 that connects perfectly and works well. However it will not display emails or text messages. In the Toyota menu the profiles HFP, DUN, PBAP A2DP & AVECP are all highlighted but OPP and MAP not. Are the last 2missing profiles the reason why the messages are not coming through and possibly the maps. I've set up everything through the Toyota website, but something is not right.

Does anyone have any idea's why I'm having these problems? The dealer isn't really helping!

I'm only used to the normal Touch & Go system, so I can't really help with the 'Pro' version. If you're having no joy from your dealer, Toyota do have a helpline for all things Touch & Go...
