Secondary Air Injection System

Well its seems its really missing me a secondary air pump as i keep getting this code :

P0410 @ ODB

Before i bought my k&n kit i went to toyota and to know the cause of my EML on.

They did replace me one of the 02 sensor and they said to me there was a missing secondary air pump , and for that would cost around 800£. " i was like wow ok... "

I did ask them would be ok getting a aftermarket kit for the replace of the whole box , and they said yes so i did bought the k&n short kit.

But after few miles light keep coming up especially when id start the car for the 1st time.

Do i really need that secondary air system or not really ??
