Warm Carpet Behind Handbrake

Hi all,

yesterday just noticed that the carpet behind the handbrake, between the back seats, is warm. I haven't noticed it since now.

So i'm asking if the same thing is happening to your Aygo? If someone can check theirs and let me know if it's normal, i'll be very grateful.

Hi There.

Its normal.

The exhaust runs just under the floor where you mention.

In warmer weather, especially if you've been stood in traffic, the floor does get quite warm.

In the winter you'll hardly notice it at all.
