Suspension Noise-Grind/creak

Hi all, for a little while my iQ has been occasionally making a strange grinding/creaking noise when in full lock, but it seems to be getting worse recently, any ideas what it could be???

ps: I think the noise is coming from the off side of the car

I have noticed that my car feels a bit rougher and possibly a bit notchy on full lock. I think it's the drive shaft constant velocity joints which are reaching their limit with the iQ's very tight turning ability. The joints are there to allow the steering to turn whilst still driving the wheels but at full lock your asking the drive to be transmitted through a pretty extreme angle.

I simply try to avoid using full lock by bringing it back a bit from full turn and only do it at very low speeds.
