Rear Bumper Removal

Well poor Rex has just been hit on the offside of the bumper and it has become unseated. Is it an easy process to remove the bumper so I can try and refit it correctly while I wait for insurers? Perhaps some fixings are bent.

Any advice gratefully received.

That's a shame, Hopefully a simple spray job of the bumper for repair. :(

Not such an easy task to get the bumper off the car, here is the relevant pages from the manual. There are 4 pages, Make sure you see them all. :)
