Phase 1 Seat Swap

I have an X 2000 Yaris 3 door and want to swap my seats for those from a later better spec model. There seems to be some debate as to whether the rear seats from a model after 2002 will fit due to diffent base rear catches?

Can anyone confirm if the complete set of seats from a 1999 to 2004 will fit?

Are the front seats from a 5 door different than a 3 door?

3 door and 5 door seats are different due to the tip up and fold nature of the 3 door front seats - without that the rear passengers could never get in.
