it will be cheaper to have 2 mono bloc(700W) instread of 1 2x700W amp (100 quid cheaper)

so will I need 2 x 700W power cables or 1 1400W power cables?

will I only need 1 1.5F Power cap

yeah good choice

use a 4 gauge (AWG) power cable from the Battery to the boot then a fused distribution blck at the back to run two 8 gauge (AWG) cables to the amps

or could I just use 2 8GA wires from the Battery to the boot, oh and the head unit will have to have 2 RCA outputs, they guy has a goodmans CD Player (dunno the model no yet) dont think they will have 2 RCAs

how many Ga's is a 2000W cable, wicked just found a RCA splitter

you will be better using 1 4awg cable to the boot.

and yes use a y-splitter for the RCA cables to each amp

for a start you dont need to worry how many watts a cable can carry you gotta think how many AMPS you need to get down it
