Clutch Biting Point

The biting point on my clutch seems a bit fierce to me, there seems to be plenty of clutch there, just no gradual take up. No slip, I've checked that. Any suggestions? Mileage 76 K

The clutch is designed so that it will always bite in the middle of the stroke. Even if it is worn out it should still bite in the middle so maybe it is getting worn. They do tend to be a bit fierce but those that have a new one fitted tend to report they seem smoother.

Thanks Don, it is biting at about the mid point so I think it's probably fine.
