Clunking Sound

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas what could cause a clunking sound on my rav been there since got it 11months ago and recently discovered if in 4 wheel drive it does not clunk asked local garage who had it for a couple of hours but had no ideas anyone had same problem ? :unsure:

also anyone know what weight caravan can i tow safely as got a Maurander 450s suppose to be towing to Wales soon just bit worried about the weight being too heavy. :unsure:
