Hey,

My names Abdullah. I live in Dubai. and have an 2012 FJ Cruiser. Which am not happy about at all, Worst money i ever spent.

I bought an Fj Extreme which is basically a pimped out version of a standard Fj Cruiser.

I wish i had bought a standard 1, The ride is unbelievably bad offroad and that's where it is meant to be best.

Also when i went back to the showroom some of the stories i heard about there other Extreme models were really bad i must admit i was shocked.

This isn't my 1st Toyota and may not be my last but it has me wondering about the standards at toyota. especially after all there recent recalls in europe for using poor quality parts in there assembly line.

Anyways sorry for the rant and hope to get more involved in the forum.

Abdullah

Well. The name is johnson and I think I registered on this site before but never used it and cant log in now. Oh well never really used it but think I'll start now. I'm more into the older Toyotas than the new ones (they're much cheaper)! Dad collects a lot of them and recently I picked up a jap KP61. 46k kilometers on it

The problem is you have a soft roader and not a true off roader. You cant have good comfort on the road and then expect it to perform well off the road too, which are what these soft roaders are all about. Fine getting you off a muddy field but they are NO true off roader, go and buy an early model Hilux for that, it's what they were built for

Kingo
