Fuel Filter

Hi Guys,

Just given my 2004 2.0 VVTi XT3 Rav Petrol a full service but am a bit stuck with the fuel filter.

I've bought a filter but can't seem to find where it's located.

Reading stuff on the web seems to indicate that the filter is non-servicable and is within the fuel tank !

I'm a little confused here, can anyone give some guidance please?

In fact fuel filter unit consists of: filter itself + level sensor + booster (primer) pump

Be sure it is one unit assly serving about 160-180 k kms depending on what fuel it filters

do not buy just to buy -- but read forum carefully.

the filter unit in question is under the rear seat mounted in the tankgood luck
