Townace Diesel Manual Lacks Power

Hello, Recently i had my cluth and pressure plate replaced as it was slipping very often. Slipping problem solved but i lack power especially from 3rd gear upward as though the van is stuck to ground. Problem was there before cluth replacement. Is it a fuel problem ? As far as i know fuel filter has been changed during services.
