Cylinder Head

Hello every body this is my first post .

I have owned my Toyota granvia for 9 years ,in that time I have enjoyed every minute .The only problem I have had is in that nine years I have had 2 cracked cylinder heads one 5 years ago ,and sadly 3 weeks ago .

I love the vehicle so much but these two problems have cost me dearly in all nearly 4 thousand pounds.

I have looked after the vehicle propally serviced her ,and watched the coolant level even more closely after the first time it happened,surely TOYOTA should be responsible in some way as I believe this is a common problem with this engine
