Buzzing Noise From Steering Side Under Dash

Hi Guys I am getting a strong buzzing noise from underneath dash at the steering column its hard to say if its directly underneath or from the side, its qhite loud and is intermittent. It only happens when ignition is on at the second position. Any help please.

Hi Guys visited local garage today they disconnected the heater control flap connection and buzzing stopped !! says to strip and replace could be very expensive anybody have any experience of this job.

Final answer to problem its the motor in the heater control box thats knackered. £ 378 to supply and fit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
