How To Replace 94 Camry Domelight?!?!

Hoping you all can help me.

My dad's pride and joy (besides me) is his 1994 v-6 Camry. About a year ago the dome light burnt out, and for the life of us we can't get the cover off to replace the bulb. He even took it to a Toyota dealership and they had no clue.

Out of frustration, he took a screwdriver to it to pry it off, but even that failed. Fortunately, he stopped before he broke it.

Anyone have any idea how to get this bugger off? There's no screws, grooves, or anything to suggest how to remove it.

Just push in on both sides (the thumb will point to the front of the car and 2or3 fingers will point to the rear) And the cover should pop off.

P.S. find a better dealer.
