Replacement Keys?

Both keys for my wife's Rav are up the spout- the remote bit of one doesn't work at all, and is failing on the other. The body of the latter is also currently held together with zip-ties.

I know you can go to a lot of high-street key cutters, but does anyone have any particular recommendations for places to get new keys? I thought it would be something already posted on here but computer says no :-)

If you need a whole new key, remote guts and all, then only the dealer has them. If you only need the key body, carkeyhelp can supply an empty one.

My 2003 car had a broken casing for the spare key. As you probably know T wants £130+ for a replacement.

As long as the guts, ie the transmitter is ok the you can get a body and blank through e bay, and change the bits. I think mine cost £ 3.00 including delivery, and works fine, after all, its only the body. Then you get the key cut locally and job done!
