Removing The Nose Badge...

Hi guys...

I want to remove the toyota nose Badge on my mr2.

Whats the best procedure for this?

Will it leave any scratches or paint damage behind?

Also, where can I find clear side repeaters that go on the bumper (on the 1992 Mr2)

Took mine to my trusty body shop... it leaves 2 holes so will need filling and painting.
