Service Shield - Is It Worth It?

My car (T Spirit Carlo Blue) is coming to me via RRG. They have proposed that I take up the Service Shield that they do. It will cost £218 and covers the cost of the services that are required in the first 3 years of having the car and also covers the first MOT.

Anyone else took them up on this service? Think it was worth it?

Service Shield - hmmm....

I have it on good authority that anything extra they offer you is a waste of money and there is no point you paying the extra!

I was told that by someone in the car industry, although granted they dont work for Toyota.

I would read your small print as nothing in life comes cheap or for free! ie does it just cover intermediate services or full services also, does it include parts etc
