2006 1.3 Yaris - Replacing Clutch - Which Clutch Is The Best?

I have a 2006 Yaris 1.3 (3 door) (84,000 miles) that needs a clutch replacing. I've been phoning around and 2 separate garage have the following quote:

Garage 1: £360 for parts + Labour

Garage 2: £200-250 for labour (if I get the parts)

Now, I've been looking around for parts and have found few on eBay for about £100. Are these good quality clutches?

What should I be looking at if I'm getting the clutch part myself?

And, are those price alright for the job? Anywhere cheaper in York?

Thanks :)
