Brake Fade

Hi New member just joined as I was looking for advice on brake fade. I've just changed the pads all round and now the brake pedal goes to the floor when the engine is running, I've tried bleeding them but still no brakes any idea's please

Turn the engine off and pump the pedal until all the vacuum is depleted from the servo. The pedal should go rock hard. As long as it does you have nothing to worry about. My brake pedal goes to the floor with the engine running.

Brake fade is something else but what you are experiencing is the effect of the servo and a built in function called brake assist.
