Starlet Turbo Ep82 Holding Back,not Boosting Properly,back Fire,

need help urgent please... my ep82 is holding back,not boosting properly,back firing when taking off in all gears. ive changed leads, dizzy cap, rotor arm, map sensor. this problem gradually appeared.... might be blocked injectors (have no idea how to test them if sumone can help) or spark plugs.. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP????
