Hi,

anyone have ever considered buying a hydrogen kit or maybe anyone has installed it in a Yaris?

is it worth doing?

they say it improves in fuel efficiency of about 35-40% depends on the kit.

I have read the claims. You can generate more energy from nothing.!

It's impossible, BS and Car Mechanics - which said it was GREAT - when they actually tested it found that the Laws of Physics are true and it IS BS.

Wast of time and money.

(Seriously, if it really worked, every car manufacturer would fit it. they do not. Which tells you all you need to know)

:offtopic: No, but I've had all 4 tyres filled with Nitrogen and the ride feels a lot better! :bye:

LOL! Good one!

re. the hydrogen kit I suspect it'd cost more than you'd save TBH. Gassy fuels like hydrogen and even LPG have a much lower energy content than petrol and diesel so any claims of higher mpg are usually lies unless they've somehow got the energy extraction 20% higher since I last checked

Well the thing is that the hydrogen makers use a LOT of electricity that the alternator has to provide. Uses more energy than it creates i've heard.
