thank you .. its very helpful.. I have a question .. I own a car .. I have been thinking for sometime about switching from my old tungsten-halogen headlamps to HID .. I have researched on it online.. found some articles about the advantages of HID bulbs but also found that the only High Intensity Discharge (HID) lights that are legal are ones that came with the car.. I am a bit confused about it.. can you give me a suggestion ...

You are correct in what you have found online about OEM HID's being the only approved fitting

Updated standard headlamp bulbs are normally the best way to go.

Better to ask your questions on the section applicable to your car, to get the experiences of other owners :)
