I have a 2001 Toyota Avensis where the fans only work when set to on max strength - what part do I need to replace?

No air con in my model, just the old skool hot or cold with fan on low - med -high, currently only working when set to high.

Any advice is appreciated!

your fan is probably knackerd,they only work on full pelt when failing,then it gets slower,and you have to bang the glove box hard............then the windows steam up when it rains!!
