Jimlad... yeah... shame about the clutch! Tell him to leave the flywheel, unless he wants to lose 'day-to-day' driving torque! (IMHO)

You all sound like a decent bunch of guys and gals.

I drive a rev3 Turbo. HKS Racing Suction kit (with carbon fibre, gold leafed heat shield), HKS SSQV, Aussie de-cat pipe (including bracket!), HKS Super Drager, TRD Sports Thermostat, TRD High Press Rad cap, TRD Iridium race plugs, custom mapped ECU... I forget what else!

Pain in the a*se to get a real close match when doing body mods!

Had the nose painted due to fading, and had the Badge removed at the same time. Pukka job... second time round!

light colours are always difficult to match,

usually best to blend the colour onto the next panel(s)

that way if the shade is a little bit out you wont notice it.

I have seen your pics JappyBeast. Very tidy. I nearly went red when I imported it. My preferences were steelmist grey [60%], red [30%], black [8%] and don't give a :censor: just get me an MR2 [2%]!!!... and yes, before you all do your sums, it does add up to 100!

Just personal taste... BTW black was my third choice... and there are more than 3 colours! You work it out.

Its that time of year too.. I have bought loads of stuff for my MR2, weather is getting better... roof is off all the time... car shows coming up... everyone is buzzing over their cars!
