Toyota Rav 4 2003 Alarm Going Off & Locking Doors!

Hi, has anyone had problem with the alarm going off and at the same time central locking locks doors although the Driver still in the car? very scary for me as I could not open doors to get out. I could start the engine but the alarm still going and flashers flashing. Appreciate any solution, suggestion? Regards, Elly
