Got My Door Step Inserts

Got my OEM door step inserts and they cost me £53, $88 after a $22 discount from my local Toyota World dealership here in Houston.

The original specification for Mr. T said that the metal is Stainless Steel but to be honest I don't know.

The plate is 1mm thick and sandwiched between a 3 mm polyurethane base and a 2 mm acrylic resin dome. Don't know how well the protecting resin will stand up to life but I think I will cover it in clear wrap anyway. Three lines of 3M tape on each one to hold down.

They look very nice, BUT, I wonder if they will fit properly. They are made for the long wheelbase RAV here in the US. While the fronts may be OK, I'm thinking the rear inserts may be too long. In any event, we would like to see some pictures after the install.
