Changing The Lip Spoiler!

Hi guy's.....

Ok, this is the lip spoiler i already have on my car (sorry pic is a bit naff but the car is in my garage and i didn't have time to get it out)

and this is the kind i want on.....

How difficult is it going to be to remove? and more to the point, how much do you think it would cost for a spliter like on the 2nd pic (of jappybeast) and fitting and painting :( ? I need to get this done because where i live there is a lot of speed humps and my current spoiler is quite low to the ground. I've scrape'd the road so many times now it hurts me more than the car :( and makes it make me do a lot of :censor:
