Do you mean you have no master keys left?

If so, you basically have 2 options:

1) Pay Toyota some obscene amount of money for a new ECU and keyset

2) Find a locksmith who can code new master keys directly off the ECU; They aren't as common as normal autolocksmiths, but we've had a few advertise on here in the past. Sadly, most of them seem to be 'up norf' for some reason but may be worth asking round to see if there are any in your local area who advertise immobiliser and remote key programming...
