Registering On The Toyota Portal

I've been trying to register on the Toyota portal site but it doesn't seem to recognoise my device id. I meant to ask a few days ago but I was too busy, this is the first chance I got :) Do I need to press the 'Copy to USB' button on the screen?

I did already that but it didn't solve my problem. Doesn't seem to like the device id for some reason. Any ideas?

It worked for me although that was a while back. The input info is case sensitive so maybe worth a double check - guess you could copy to USB then cut & paste the registration info on your PC. In any case you do have to make a fingerprint from your T & G to a USB memory stick, download & install Touch and Go Toolbox to your PC.. Any downloads are then stored on your USB stick for use with your car.
