Number Plate Screw Spacing - All The Same?

I will be fixing UK plates to my Italian 2002/3 Yaris in the next week but since I don't have the car to hand does anybody know if the holes, front and rear, are of a standard spacing? Should I have the plates made up without holes so I can drill them later?

Cheers,

Tom.

Yeah, I'd drill them in afterwards if you have to get them now; Less risky.

One thing - If you get them from a Toyota dealer, make them give you some of the nylon fixing screws they use to hold in the plates as the ones that come with a Mk1 Yaris tend to swell up over time and get jammed - Mine were so seized I stripped the head, and when I tried to use some pliers to twist them off I snapped off the head! In the end I had to drill a pilot hole in the middle of them so I could jam a screw driver into it.

Or you could use double-sided tape
