Fuel Cap Release

Hi All

I have a bit of an issue with my 2003 T3-x saloon

The other day i went to fill up and i pressed the fuel cap release button and the flap popped open, after filling up i went to clost it and it just popped back, i had a look around and noticed that the latch that keeps it closed had fallen off.

I took the boot liner off and had a look around and i found the release motor just hanging.

I know i need to replace the plastic Pin but i just want to know if the motor is fixed onto anything in the boot or does it just hand.

I have had a look around on the internet and i can't find a thing.

Any help on this would be appriciated.

Hello mate, I have attached a .pdf file which contains all the info and more, the part you want is at page 76-11 to 76-16.
