Corrola T Sport Engine Noise

My T sport suffers from a lot of engine noise at 4000 to 4200 rpm (ie about 78 - 82 in top. This is clearly a resonance at this engine speed, and is very irritating since it is so close to the motorway cruising speed. Is anyone aware of a cure for example modified / hydraulic engine mounts ? It's my one problem with an otherwise excellent if under recognised car.

THere is a metion of that problem somewhere in the forum.

Try a search im sure there was a fix for it a new type of engine mount

Try driving above 85 that reduces the noise.

Would it be possable to change the ratios so the car can run at motor way speeds at lower revs ? or are they very fixed
