Hi all, just replaced my 91 landcruiser troopy with a more refined 05 hilux sr5 double cab.

I am a diesel mechanic specialising in buses, in our fleet we have 7 Hiaces( including 4 awd's) 3 Coasters ( including 2 AWD's)

I have access to the NZ toyota parts diagrams and also have a few toyota workshop manuals

What are the white patches on the wheel rims.

They are just unpainted parts of the rim :) not sure as to why
