Celica 2000 Handbrake Slack

Hi

Can anybody advise me how to adjust my handbrake, I have searched the forum and can't find the solution. I have a x reg 7th gen and the handbrake just moves up & down without hardly any resistance and the brakes don't come on.

Any advice will be thankfully appreciated.

Tried adjusting the brake cable at the hand brake end but no more tension as the threads bottom out. Where is the next place I need o adjust please, I am new to doing hand brake adjustments
