Know the feeling, bought my Rav 1st week in December, only had it for two days & found a dent in drivers door after having left it in car park. Went to a retail park the following Suday, cruised round the car park trying to find a place where no-one else might park. Got back to the Rav 20 mins later to find a woman stood in front of it taking the reg No, at least she admitted liability. New front bumper, inner arch liner, fog light & surround, number plate & front tyre (replacement car hire was just over £1500). Rav was at RRG for eleven days, got it back Dec 21st.
