Touch N Go Registration Problems Device Id Not There

Hi all

I am new to the forum, I have just recieved my new Invincable and I am having problem with registration on the touch n go web site

I have the touch n go plus and can not find the device id i have followed the instructions but no device id in the setup can anyone shed some light on this.

Vehical is the Hilux invincable 4d4

I am trying to get the sat nav to work as it is not installed and want to install it from touch n go set up files.

did you sort it out.?
