Need Help: Hand / Parking Brake

1991 MR2 NA pulled up on the parking brake the other day and it totally gave - i took the handel off when i got home to find the cable completely frozen and cracked. likely will just replace center/right/left while i'm at it - since i can't really isolate the which cable is bad. where can i get these OEM parts for cheap? Dealership wants $65 per! Also, anyone know where I can get instructions with diagrams on how to replace these cables? I looked at the MR2 manual i have but it did not really discuss the hand brake too much. thanks in advance! ishaqsyed@hotmail.com
