Blitz Blow Off Valve

I bought my mr2 turbo and it came with a blitz blow off valve and a few other mods i have been reading on the net and alot people have said that these blow off valves cause the car a few problems is this true

that depends if your car is a Rev 1/2 or a Rev 3/4/5

they can have bad effects, but myself and Bibbs have had no issues with rev1/2 cars.

Yup .. I've been running one for over 2 years .. and had no issues.

Read the sticky for the techie details .. but unless you are 10/10ths I don't think it should be an issue ..

Its a k reg so is that a revision 2 also its got hks super drager exhausts twin exit but on the back box its got jasma on there, is that something about japanese noise regulations because the exhaust is really quiet

jasma is the jap noise regulations.

most jap companies adhere to that ( i know blitz do), and in ur case the suepr drager also sticks to this. btw the limit is 96db. not sure exactly what the drager's level is, tho i do know its sposed to be quiet :)

Another one here too....ran a atmo one for a couple of years, 2 more since the new owner has had it, no relating issues as of yet (200,000 km's).
